By submitting a photo image through the Francis Marion University FMU ONECard Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Rogers Library to have your photo taken and your FMU ONECard produced.

This Photo Upload website is provided by Francis Marion University and third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

About FMU ONECard
The FMU ONECard is the official ID card of the University. The FMU ONECard is the property of Francis Marion University and its use is governed by the University's regulations and policies.

How we will use your photo image
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your FMU ONECard. The FMU ONECard is proof of identity and provides access to facilities and Library Resources. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your FMU ONECard, including Student access to the residence halls. This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility. Students will be required to use their ID cards at the library to check out materials and to access Library Resources from off-campus.

Other uses of your image
By submitting this photo for your College ID you agree this photo may be used by Francis Marion University.

FMU ONECard Policies
  • FMU ONECards are property of Francis Marion University.
  • Lost cards must be reported to the Rogers Library
  • The card holder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card.
  • Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose.
  • Tampering or defacing your FMU ONECard may lead to criminal charges.
